The project involved the installation of culverts to improve drainage, gabion construction for erosion control, and stone pitching to reinforce riverbanks. Completed on 30th September 2019, the project was valued at Kshs. 8,490,500.00, enhancing the region's infrastructure and mitigating the risk of flooding.
